Scope

Cristom provided pre-construction and construction services for school improvements that needed to be completed on a tight schedule in time for the school year.

Highlights

• Services included interior and exterior improvements, installing an air conditioning system to the building, and fire and life safety components
• Specific areas improved include classrooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways and an outdoor playground.
• Despite limited scheudle flexibility, we were able to adapt to design changes and increasing scope after the initial start of the project, and still complete the entire project on time.
