PHASE 1: PROJECT EVALUATION
Every project begins with an analysis of what the customer is trying to accomplish. We evaluate the architectural and engineering documents and make suggestions for improvements. Drawing on our extensive experience, we make sure everything is optimally designed and that all essentials are included. We put together a comprehensive and detailed bid for your project. Before you even award us the job, we are on your side.
PHASE 2: PLANNING & SCHEDULING
Once we’re engaged, we select and assemble the appropriate trades from our database of highly regarded subcontractors, companies, and individuals with whom we have extensive experience. We develop a detailed schedule and slot in which trades will need to be available at what point in each phase of the project. This schedule not only makes work more efficient but gives customers maximum visibility into the project as it develops.
PHASE 3: CONSTRUCTION
Once the schedule is complete and the personnel are in place, construction begins. Your project progresses smoothly through proper planning and communication. It’s a highly choreographed effort with individuals and teams coming and going, dictated by a precise schedule and always with safety and our client’s vision in mind. You are kept up to date with construction progress throughout the project.
PHASE 4: PROJECT COMPLETION
After a lot of hard work, including the finishing touches and all the necessary inspections and government signoffs – the project is complete. Now there is a finished building or project, built to spec, brought in on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
